Binding, love it or not, it’s one of the final steps in completing a quilt.
Come and learn with me as we walk through the process of binding a quilt, start to finish, in detail.

Binding is the last step in making your quilt secure and ultimately usable. The end goal for any quilt right?
So join me in class for a detailed step through of the process to making your binding and then attach to your quilt.
We’ll do mitred joins, including the last join, double layer method, mitred corners and we’ll cover machine sewing the binding down.
You’ll have a small class and attention in all the steps. You can bring an actual quilt of small size or a sample quilt to complete in class.
Notes provided. 4 hour class. Machine sewing skills required. Please come prepared as no time is allocated to learning your particular machine.
Recommended: A walking foot for your machine.
