Zippered pouch swap

Sometimes a little project lands in your inbox and you get a little inspired. This is what happened with the Zippered Pouch Swap from Sew Much Moore.

Zippered pouches are a smaller, fun, often fast project. The swap event means you can create something lovely for your swap partner, according to the information they provide.

How, when, where?

The swap is being organised by Nicole from Sew Much Moore, and the direct link to the Zippered Pouch swap is here.

It’s online and all the info will be sent to you, or is explained in the post about the swap.

You can choose to post internationally or domestically, sometimes those postage costs are not so much fun.

Is there a cost?

Yes there is. Aside from the postage of the pouch to your swap partner, there is a small fee to join the event. This fee cover sthe hours that Nicole will spend setting up the event, collating all the participants and pairing up swap partners. Having done this before this is not a small job.

I signed up and I’m looking forward to creating for someone else.

Community

Many of the events we do at Sunflower Stitcheries and Quilting have a community focus. Our Stitch-In events, our Project: Done event, and also Sewcial Retreats.

So the community aspect of the Zippered Pouch Swap appeals to me a lot.

I hope you will join in too.
